		<description>OK, here's the fig glaze I made up the other day while listening to Satie:

a couple glugs of red wine
a couple glugs of soy sauce
a large-ish glob of fig preserves
a smallish glob of grainy mustard
a middlin' snort of balsamic vinegar
a garlic clove
a couple large sprigs Italian parsely

Whirl it all in the MiniPrep. I love that MiniPrep!

Apply liberally to lamb loin chops, 2 per person. Grill close to the fire 3 minutes a side for medium rare.
