I have enlisted a team of specialists from The Texas Chamber of Orthopedic Horrors, who have obligingly dreamed up several repulsive treatments for my condition, so I'm sure it will be resolved to the satisfaction of the cosmos. My surgeon has yet to kill a patient, which on one hand is encouraging, but on the other, how long, statistically, can she be expected to keep up that streak? Thanks Dean.
