Or international aid efforts, check out the disgusting situation that developed in Cambodia when the rest of the world decided to build up the country. Otherwise I think that your readers in the us. should be aware that prostitution in post war Germany is an old old cynical story and the present media story is just business as usual, just alittle more effecient.
