There is a rumor going around that I broke the blog and everything is suddenly all in italics. I don’t see any untoward italics on my end, in either Firefox or Chrome. So if there is any truth to this rumor, could somebody please elaborate? Or if you’re just tryin’ to gaslight me, ha ha, good one.

Viewing this in IE 8 and it looks just fine. The RSS feed for IE 8 looks fine, too.

Oddly, there are no italics for me when I use Chrome 7, but all of the previous posts (and the sidebar) are in italics when I use Epiphany 2.3.

There were italics yesterday (using Firefox here). Today there are none. Or, actually, there are only italics in select places. Not entire threads of comments gone all slanty.

I wasn’t joking either. The italics were there, but they have now ebbed away, and all’s well with the world. Yes it was weird, but better that than an all-caps glitch.

Italics, man. That shit is too dainty for this blog. Can HTML failure be blamed on the Patriarchy, I wonder?
